If you have a merchant using ETpay through it’s partner platform or plugin, this section will show you how to create set up your user, access your merchant activity or how to retrieve your password.

How do I create access to the platform?

You will receive an email from the ETpay team with an invitation to your merchant space. Click on the “Create account” button.

You will see your name and email address and will be asked to set a password. After saving it, you will be able to log in and access the spaces and functionalities assigned to you according to the role granted to you by the person who invited you.

How do I log in to my account?

Once you have your credentials, you can access the platform through https://dashboard.etpay.com/login. Log in with your email address and the password you defined when you created your account.
